One coin, six agents, one fee stream
$MERRY is a fair launch on Pons V2 on Robinhood Chain: a bonding curve, no presale and no team allocation. Every trade carries a 3% creator tax, set at launch. That tax is not paid to a wallet. It is paid to MerryRouter, a contract that splits it four ways on every harvest.
Part of it is paid straight back to holders every day. Part becomes capital for four trading agents, who trade Robinhood Stock Tokens around the clock and pay their realised gains to holders every Monday. Part buys $MERRY and burns it. The rest pays for running the whole thing, and the contract caps that share.
Holders do nothing. There is no staking, no wallet connection and nothing to claim. Payouts are pushed to every wallet that holds $MERRY.
Where the 3% goes
The creator tax arrives in the asset $MERRY is paired with on Pons: ETH, USDG or a Stock Token, fixed at launch. The server calls harvest every hour; anyone else may call it too. Each harvest splits the balance the same way.
| Leg | Per trade | Share of the tax | What happens |
|---|---|---|---|
| Drip | 0.8% | 26.67% | Paid to every holder, every day |
| Purse | 0.8% | 26.67% | Capital for the four trading agents |
| Burn | 0.4% | 13.33% | Buys $MERRY in slices and burns it |
| Founder | 1% | 33.33% | Team, servers, gas, ERC-8126 verification |
With Pons’ own 1% fee, a buyer pays 4% per trade, about 8% for a round trip. That is more than most Pons launches, and it is what funds everything below.
- The Founder share can never exceed one third of the tax. The contract enforces it.
- Changing the split takes a public 48-hour notice on-chain before it can take effect.
- Any $MERRY that reaches the router is burned outright.
Paid daily, weighted by loyalty
Each UTC day’s Drip goes to every wallet that held $MERRY through that day, in the pair asset. Your share depends on two things: how much you held, and for how long.
- Lowest balance. The smallest amount you held at any point that day counts. Buying just before midnight and selling just after earns nothing.
- The streak. Day one counts at 1×. Each further day adds a thirtieth, so day 16 is 1.5× and day 31 onward is 2×.
- What resets it. A day with no $MERRY, or a day where your lowest balance falls below half of the day before. Trimming a position keeps the streak; selling most of it does not.
A holder with 1,000 $MERRY on a 40-day streak earns twice what a new holder with 1,000 $MERRY earns from the same day’s Drip.
The $0.10 minimum
Shares worth less than $0.10 are not sent that day, because the gas would cost more than the payout. They accrue and go out with a later day once they clear it. Nothing is forfeited.

The band’s profits, once a week
An epoch is one week, closing Monday 00:00 UTC, after Will Scarlet has traded the weekend. At the close, each agent’s realised gains for the week are paid to every holder, pro rata to their lowest balance across the week, in the Stock Tokens the agents hold: NVDA from Little John, SPY from Friar Tuck.
- Only realised gains are paid. The capital stays in the vaults and keeps working.
- An agent that lost money pays nothing until it has made the loss back.
- Before any payout goes out, its list sits on-chain for 12 hours, and the Safe can veto it.
Six agents, one mandate each
| Agent | Mandate | Trades |
|---|---|---|
| Little John | Momentum. At most three positions, each exited on a trailing stop priced by Chainlink. | NVDA · TSLA · PLTR · AMD |
| Will Scarlet | The weekend. Positions from Friday close into the Monday open, when Wall Street is shut and Stock Tokens still trade. | SPY · QQQ · COIN · MSTR |
| Maid Marian | Market maker. Keeps a two-sided book: buys as price falls, sells as it rises, re-centres when the market moves. Concentrated liquidity on Uniswap v4 comes next. | NVDA · SPY |
| Friar Tuck | Defensive. Lends idle USDG on Morpho and buys SPY on a fixed weekly schedule. | USDG · SPY |
| Much | Runs the Burn. Buys $MERRY across the epoch in small slices and burns all of it. | $MERRY |
| Alan-a-Dale | Reads every book at the close, writes results to each agent’s ERC-8004 reputation log and publishes the receipts. | None |
New Purse capital is shared equally between the four trading agents, scaled by each one’s trust score.
Agents can trade. They cannot withdraw.
Each trading agent has its own vault contract. The agent holds a hot key that can do exactly one thing: swap between allowed tokens through Uniswap’s Universal Router, inside limits the vault enforces.
- Priced against Chainlink. After every trade the vault checks the fill against Chainlink. A fill worse than the agent’s slippage limit reverts.
- Size limits. A per-trade cap, a daily turnover cap and a cap on any single position as a share of the book.
- No exits. The hot key cannot move funds out of the vault. Only the Safe multisig can.
- A kill switch. One command on the server stops every agent at once.
- Weekend prices. Chainlink’s equity feeds pause at the weekend, so the vaults hold Friday’s close as the floor. Will Scarlet can buy below it but cannot sell more than 2% under it until Monday’s feeds resume.
Verified, not trusted
Every agent has an ERC-8004 identity: a registry entry and a public reputation log, written to every epoch. Every agent is also verified under ERC-8126, which checks its token, code, web endpoint and wallet and publishes one risk score from 0 to 100. The score is re-checked every epoch and decides how much new capital the agent receives.
| Score | Risk | New capital |
|---|---|---|
| 0–20 | Low | 100% |
| 21–40 | Moderate | 50%, until the next clean check |
| 41+ | Elevated | Frozen until re-verified |
When things happen
| When (UTC) | What |
|---|---|
| Every hour | The router harvests the creator tax from Pons and splits it |
| Daily 00:05 | Yesterday’s Drip is counted and its payout list posted on-chain |
| Daily 12:05 | After the 12-hour veto window, the Drip is pushed to every wallet |
| Friday 20:00 | Wall Street closes (16:00 New York). Will Scarlet starts the weekend session |
| Monday 00:00 | The epoch closes. Books are read, gains counted, the payout list posted on Monday |
| Posting + 12h | After the veto window, the band’s gains are pushed to every holder |
New York times move with daylight saving; the UTC times for the Drip and the epoch do not.

| MerryRouter | Receives and splits the creator tax | Before epoch one |
| MerryDistributor | Posts and pushes the Drip and Monday payouts | Before epoch one |

What can go wrong
- Agents lose money. Some weeks they will. Losses stay in that agent’s book and show on its record; it pays nothing until it recovers.
- Payouts follow volume. The Drip and the Burn are funded by trading. When volume falls, they shrink. The Purse keeps trading what it already holds.
- Smart contract risk. The contracts are tested, including fuzzing, and are reviewed before real money goes in. Tested is not the same as risk-free.
- Stock Tokens. They are debt instruments issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited that track shares without conferring rights in them, and are not offered in the US, Canada, the UK, Switzerland or the UAE.
- Nothing here is a promise of returns. No figure is published before the chain produces it.
Questions
Do I need to claim anything?
No. The Drip and the Monday payout are pushed to your wallet. Holding $MERRY is the whole step.
Do I have to connect my wallet to the site?
Never. The site is read-only. To check a wallet, paste its address on the Live page; there is nothing to sign.
What happens to my streak if I sell some?
If your lowest balance stays at half or more of the previous day’s, the streak continues at the lower balance. Sell more than half, or all of it, and the streak starts again at 1×.
What is my Drip paid in?
In the asset $MERRY is paired with on Pons, fixed at launch. The Monday payout is paid in the Stock Tokens the agents hold.
Can the team take the fees?
The Founder leg is 1% of each trade, and the router cannot send it more than a third of the tax. Changing the split needs 48 hours’ public notice on-chain.
Can an agent run off with the money?
No. An agent’s key can only swap inside its vault, within Chainlink-checked limits. It cannot withdraw. Only the Safe multisig can move funds.
Why is the board in paper mode?
Before launch the band trades real Chainlink prices with simulated fills, so its record is public before any real money is at stake. The board switches to live books once the vaults are funded.
Where does the Burn go?
Much buys $MERRY across the week in small slices and sends it to the dead address. Every transaction is linked on the Live page.
